"We were upgraded to a room with a view over the river which made our stay very nice. Big clean room with separate bathroom. We had an issue with the AC but it was solved same day. Breakfast is somewhat mediocre compared to other luxury hotels and other MO hotels, with limited choice for gluten free. Well located in city for easy communications with taxi, metro and boat. "

"I stayed on the 30th floor facing the river and the view as spectacular facing the river bend. It is a beautiful property and well maintained with great service. Staff is polite and attentive. I also received the club level services where i receive complementary breakfast, afternoon snake and lite fare for dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable 6 -day stay. "

"The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again. "
