소음 방음문제가 있다.

새로지은 건물 입니다. 괘적한 느낌이 들어습니다. 다만 방음에 문제가 있습니다. 옆방의 소소한 대화가 정확히 들립니다. 동절기라서 그런지는 몰라도 조식도 개선의 여지가 있어보입니다. 접근로가 외지고 주변에 아무것도 없으며 호수 주변 산책길도 없습니다.
