laguna area is so so
fashion studio close to shopping area.comfortable and clean.but house keeping clean every 2 days and changing bed every 4 days!community has kids room but no sitter. some entertaments facility in lobby .nice life there .but whole laguna area is so so. only some lakes which r not beautiful . this area include many hotels so shopping and eating price is high .quality is so so. there r many better beaches in phuket. and there is a banyatree member club,they try to sale u banya tree group property and ask many private questions which is extremly annoying. i wont come to this area anymore.

Hey YING, Super happy you enjoyed your Cassia experience! We clean our rooms every second day as standard and as our way to conserve water and chemical output in Phuket. For guests that want this more often however, housekeeping on demand is available by speaking to any of our Cassia friends! If you want your linen changed every housekeeping day, just place the evenirment card on the bed and your linen will be changed! Correct, PlayPlay is a non-manned children’s hang out area, encouraging interaction between children and parents alike. Boat Avenue which is just footsteps from Laguna has a range of restaurants from fine dining to super local, so something at every price point and for every taste – next time our Cassia friends will be more than happy to recommend some. Bang Tao beach is defiantly the best beach on Phuket, and allows guests to have both relaxation and action! The membership club you mentioned is for Angsana Vacation Club and is completely optional, there is no pressure to speak to the representatives nor attend the seminar. 對這間酒店超級失望!!!! 完全沒有任何服務!!!態度超差!!! CHECK-IN時的女職員全程黑臉+英文超差~ 而且沒有介紹酒店內的設施~ 連自己行李都是自己用行李車搬上去~ 也沒有任何職員帶我們上去~ 到房間裡更是誇張~在浴室竟然有一條用過的內褲!!! 大門也沒辦法鎖上~周處都不是太乾淨的感覺... 打電話給他們職員上來又是兩個英文不好的職員,.... 大門弄好了但內褲沒有解釋及沒有一絲抱歉的意思~ 到早上吃早餐時在牛奶的地方發現沒有杯子~ 問職員叫我到對面的地方自己拿....是要兜一個圈拿的... 在9:58時我去拿牛奶的時候職員在收東西~ 如果不是我快她也會收走了~完全沒有要讓我先拿的意思... 早餐也沒有太多類型的食物味道一般般.... 房間說每天會收一次垃圾但並沒有~~~ 到每兩天的房間清潔~她們竟然把我的眼鏡布丟了!!! 真的是有夠誇張的....!!! 到最後CHECK OUT的一天更是十分慘!!! 竟然停電!!!!竟然沒有人通知我們!!!! 竟然說有一天把通知放在我們桌上!!! CHECK IN的時候並沒有提醒我們也太差了~~~ 沒有電就不能吹頭髮~~~職員竟然叫我們拿風筒下去大堂吹真是夠了!!! 另外房間留下了一封信是說有一份歡迎禮物給我們~~ 我們最後一天去拿但竟然說我們不符合他們的標準~ 先問我們多少歲有多少人來然後明顯的不想給我們~~~ 說一定要35歲以上的女性才可以拿~~~ 我們說信上面根本就沒有這些條款~~~ 然後她們又說如果不夠35歲情侶也行~~~ 根本她們就知道我們是3個女的就不斷開一些條件不想給禮物我們~~~ 真的太生氣了!!!我們情願你由一開始就不應該說送禮物!!!想耍我們\./ 其實酒店位置很尷尬~~~ 不近機場也不近芭東海灘~~~ 交通費用會很貴~~~ 再加上經常堵車會浪費很多時間在交通上~~ 說完壞的要說點好的~~~ 我們被免費升級到三人海景房~是真的房間裡就可以看到河~ 有廚房房間夠大廳很舒服~~~電視有不同節目看~~~ 無邊際的泳池很漂亮~~~周圍的椅子,沙發都很漂亮~~~ 附近有一個小型MALL....可以ATM拿錢,有便利店,有餐廳~~~ 有接駁車,接駁船去LAGUNA內的酒店或私人沙灘(但沒有特別)~~ 而且接駁車的班次太少...... 總結來說:::: 我不會再住這間酒店!!! 雖然設施上都還算不錯~ 但完全是零服務!!!!!!! 而且很多職員英文不好很難溝通~~~ 價格不算便宜地理位置不太好~~~ 布吉有更多更好的酒店!!!

住了五日， 四日早餐一樣，只有米粉和炒蛋改了款式。食物質素一般，食四天一樣的東西，很悶！房間兩天才清潔一次， 而且還是一些很基本的清潔， 例如只換了床單，和清潔了去水位上邊的頭髮！但廚房洗手盆，星盤，枱面卻沒有清潔！酒店環境不錯，但小朋友遊戲室沒玩具玩！兩天才清理垃圾一次， 我們在廚房煮食，垃圾放一天都臭了，叫了清潔人員過來把垃圾丟掉，但他們只拿走垃圾，卻沒更換新的垃圾袋，而且態度還頗差。我們付了$3500 THB (連稅）/US $112一天房價，但對此酒店卻覺得一般，酒店整體環境不錯， 但職員禮貌卻需要檢討！在早餐時，我女兒只是行開了約四米遠（離開座位約1分鐘）枱面佈滿嬰兒食物，職員卻過來問：我可以拿走嬰兒櫈嗎？！我在想： 你不見枱面全部食物嗎？我們還在食早餐中（進行中）， 之後我都不想理她！我答她：你喜歡拿便拿走吧！職員剛拿走之際，我歲半大的囡兒和傭人剛剛行回來，但職員仍然把嬰兒櫈拿走！我們唯有抱著嬰兒吃早餐！這間酒店真的很....... 無語！職員是冇腦，有禮貌！最正常是前台接待那4-5位職員，比較有禮貌 和會跟進客人需要，其他職員，一般都是垃圾！

Pretty far away from downtown Phuket.
The rooms are pretty nice with a modern vibe, it's also nice that we have our own private kitchen and living room area. However,The hotel was pretty far away from downtown Phuket. We were hoping there would be some place nearby that's worth walking around, but to our disappointment there isn't really anything besides from a couple stores. The hotel doesn't really offer much shuttle service except for one that heads to the Laguna entrance. The shuttle bus does not stop at the hotel on the way back either.

Laguna area is quiet and beautiful. Cassia has a private beach and can be reached by ferry for 2 mins but the service time starts from 10:30am. I hope it can be earlier. The WiFi is very slow too. Pls improve.

Nice hotel with nice pool
Hotel is very new and located in a quiet location,the room is big and clean. However, the facilities should be improved. There's nothing to do in the hotel if there's a heavy rain, thus we stay in the room for half day. Also, the kitchen is well-equipped but no oil or seasonings for cooking, you need to get it outside.

Better than a suite
An excellent choice for longer stays. Hotel is still new and clean. I like the kitchen facilities. The 2 bathrooms have no bathtubs. Lots of space for a family. Breakfast has a large variety of food. Nice pillows and mattresses. The ceiling is thin as we could hear the loud noise of furniture being moved upstairs. The lobby should be bigger as it was rather crowded. Apart from these it is a very thoughtful setup.

Overall, the Hotel concept and room product is good. However, there seems to be some lack of standards and supervision. We arrived around 5.00pm and expected the room to be ready. After a lengthy wait, we were informed that we got upgraded to a loft room. However, it seems to be a problem with a bedside lamp. After another 5 min we were offered a beverage at the restaurant, which was nice. Once we arrived at our room 108, it was the worst positioned room of the hotel. First floor, outlook to nowhere and next to your engineering and paint shop. The room product seems good with all the gadgets. Bathroom cleanliness needs to improve. Something is growing behind the left toilet paper roll. As well dust is accumulating on the chrome. Main room television remote is not working properly. Date on the screen is 2013 or 2015, I know small details but this is where setting standards start.

Well located and provisioned. The food was good and allergens clearly marked, which is very important when traveling as someone who is allergic to some things. The pool and water taxi to the ocean was so convenient. I especially appreciated the laundry service. Staff were very friendly and took great care of us.

Cassia has a constant (free) boat shuttle to the most gorgeous Bang Tao beach, and free tuktuk shuttle to shopping centres. The apartments have small kitchens and are modern and well equipped. The staff are just so lovely and super helpful. The buffet breakfast is really extensive and high quality. It’s just the best. We will go back as soon as we can.

Upon check in- kettle not provided. By right all rooms shld hve 2 pillows per person but we only hve 1 pillow n we call d front office n they say they will send housekeeping staff to check. Why cant they just provide us extra instead of coming up to our rm to check . According to d staff they r running full occupancy n not enough pillows for all guest We were assign 2nd floor right on top of d coffee house. So noisy as early as 5am- kitchen preparation n staff talking v loud

Friday rock! Night market just outside the resort
Fantastic resort! Nested along the lagoon with beach front only 2 mins away! Big and comfortable king bed and kids love their loft. Lots of happening cafes, bakery, Japanese, Italian restaurants just 10 mins walk. Highlights was the Friday night market at Boat Avenue!

Good location in the Laguna area of Phuket. The hotel room which we had, had 2 bedrooms and a small living area which was perfect for us and our teen. The pool areas were nice. The little boat across the lagoon to the beach, plus the transport offered around the local area (at a cost) were useful.

Excellent hotel with great service and super easy access to the beach, via quick ferry across the lake. Full and delicious breakfast in the mornings and plenty of yummy food options from the hotels cafe. Also, it is quite quiet in the evenings. The only issue, be it minor and out of the hotels control, was lots of noise at the private beach, due to a great deal of small children and loud guests. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again as soon as I can get back!

Very open and spacious. Staff were extremely nice. Location was great. Beautiful layout for the pools and swimming areas. Travel services were very convenient. Covid management was very good. What I didn't like was the small bugs in the kitchen. Also, certain things were in a bit of disrepair.

The shower had mold growing in the grout from not being cleaned properly and the employees didn’t wear masks working in a small kitchen while cooking my food, because of that I checked out earlier then planned I like the location and have stayed there several times in the past but because of COVID 19 I chose to leave early
