「Great room and service」

「At first I was bummed out as the room they offered us looked nothing like the room online in the ad. But they kindly changed the room and it was lovely. The food was perfect the setting was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「Everything was great from the moment we got there beautiful room, beautiful staff, friendly staff, beautiful great food great customer service the only one thing that I didn’t enjoy. It was the AC in the room. It was not cold. It was not working properly. I don’t believe so I had it set on 16 and it was really hot and But other than that everything goes great thank you」

「Stunning property nestled in the rolling hills and vineyards near Montepulciano. Gorgeous villas with amazing amenities, beautiful infinity pool and hot tubs/spa. Excellent customer service balanced with privacy and quiet. Less than 5 minute drive to Montepulciano - highly recommend!!」

「Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!」
