"I had the best hotel experience in my life. I have been in many top hotels in the world but this is the most unique and extraordinary. They greet you like a family member and make you feel comfortable and important. The room is clean, food is excellent. Overall it gives you a human touch that you do not see in many places. Located in heart of the city. They are helpful in every possible ways. I will go back there in a heartbeat. "

"The hotel has its good points as well as challenges. The room smelled like mildew and I had to ask for a room service menu. Food from room service was excellent although charging 520 TK for a Schweppes soda water is ridiculous. The Peninsula only charges 350 TK. Breakfast was okay with much of the hot food actually lukewarm. I really liked the carafe of drinkable water which is eco-responsible. The refrigerator in the room isn’t cold. The Thai massage I had was the best I’ve ever had...
