「Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. 「This is a super fabulous hotel! Great staff, very helpful and friendly! The rooms are clean and cosy and I had even a pantry kitchen in my room. Air condition was weak, but I slept well. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of food. Price is absolutely reasonable. Very good connection by bus to city centre and airport, short walking distance to restaurants and Solna centre. Also short distance to Karolinska.」

「The transportation is very convenient, with subway and bus stops right outside. Inside the mall, shopping and convenience stores are easily accessible. The breakfast is also good, but staying for a few days can become monotonous as the breakfast is the same every day. Checking in is not convenient because you have to take a roundabout way when the mall is closed. The front desk service is quite average and somewhat unpleasant.」
