Working away has it's issues and finding enough space to get things done is always a bone of contention. The unit was a good size, had a small kitchenette & dining table as well as an area, well serviced with plenty of power points for computer. Netflick as well as good range of TV stations.

Alright for one night. The town centre is on the other side of the coal-train line so if you want to go to the shops, cafes, pubs etc you need to drive. Check-in was simple although she insisted I hadn't paid and charged me for the room. I didn't have my phone with me to confirm but, as I thought, I had paid directly to Expedia when I booked so now I have the inconvenience of getting a refund. The room itself was okay. We dislike sheets that are not white because coloured sheets can hide dirt and stains. The air-conditioner was very loud but the room was hot and stuffy without it. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee was provided but the cups were not washed properly, which was off-putting. This motel is a cheap option so if your budget is limited it's fine.

Excellent value

One of the best value accomodation on our trip from Queensland to central and South Australia. The room was very clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and the non white bedsheets were a pleasant surprise. We had a warm welcome at check in from both Allan and the birds in the garden.
