「I love everything about the hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. My late check-out request was granted and that gave myself couple hours for Boxing Days shopping. 「I booked a one-bedroom suite, but the first room they gave me was on the lower floor. The view was blocked by the opposite hotel. We needed to close the curtains all the time. Fortunately, they let us move to another room for the other two days. This room faced another direction and on a higher floor. It was much better. There is a bus 440 heading to Bondi junction in front of the hotel. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to L2&3 to The Rocks and trains to Central Station. 」

「Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious. The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store...
