I truly appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I was warmly welcomed with a drink and given a detailed overview of the area. I also valued the daily advice I received from the staff on how to best experience Baños—they really helped elevate my trip. The views from the rooms are what truly set this hotel apart. "We got a standard room paying $85 which is on the high end for Ecuador. The rooms were old, the bathtub warped as you stepped on it. Later, we arrived late at night and could not contact the receptionist either by knocking on the door nor calling the phone numbers they gave us. There was no doorbell either, we finally got in contact with him and he let us in with no apology. The photos don’t match the property I’d look elsewhere. "
