"Unfortunately it was my first experience in this hotel but I got good deal from Expedia but they gave me a very bad room no balcony. Inside is too hot. I requested to change my room for these problems but they didn’t do that and they told me heritage building have air conditioner problem. Secondly, we requested rope shower towel but they didn’t give us more so we have to use wet towels. I’m not satisfied about my staying in this hotel. I hope they see my message then solve their customer service problems."
