Hotel was clean, staff was excellent, great rates, and breakfast was wonderful. If you need a place to stay in Chillicothe, this is it. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool was nice. The water was warm and it was a nice size. Bonus for those who might just be observing, the room air temperature was great. Staff was very helpful. You may want to consider their suites if you want more space or plan to eat in or spend time in the room. The one we used (presidential suite) was like getting a VRBO with hotel rices and amenities! I have used this hotel on two trips to Chillicothe and will definitely use it on any future travels.

Excellent experience except for wifi not reaching the suites (separate housing) and matress on the pull out couch worn to coils (no padding left). Staff was very responsive to both concerns.

We come through Chillicothe every July, to and from a family reunion vacation, and now we have found the perfect lodging! The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Be sure to ask them for a list of local restaurants sorted by cuisine at the front desk if you’re interested. They even called us once we were settled in, to make sure everything was good in our room. The location is super convenient, right off of I-35, and less than 10 minutes from the charming historic downtown. (If you love historic architecture like we do, it’s a must see!) The free breakfast offers a lot of variety. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they looked clean and inviting.

Just a nice older hotel.. old style with toilet shower in one room .. sink in the room with beds which is not what I like but it was typical of a lot of hotels from the 60s 70s 80s .. generally seemed clean .. staff was good .. daytime staff was super friendly.. nighttime desk clerk was efficient and helpful.. which is fine .. no need for pleasantries on checkin for me. All in all would stay again. Seems popular .. breakfast was headed up by an older lady that was very good and worked hard to keep everything filled .. very pleasant person. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was wonderful, especially the staff! They are so friendly and helpful. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. I also liked being able to fully control the AC, including keeping the AC fan blowing. I stayed on my way from Chicago to Virginia and liked it so much that I booked two rooms on the way back since I also had other family members that came back with me.

We were traveling with 2 older couples. The front desk staff made sure we all had 1st floor rooms since they couldn't navigate steps (no elevator at this hotel). At check in, Abbi and Allison were great, they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is older but clean. The pool area looked very nice. I think the rooms were clean but had a slight older hotel musty smell. The breakfast was very good and the lady serving breakfast was so kind and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again simply based on the level of service the staff offers.
