「Mi estadía fue corta, pero se notó mucho el cuidado en su servicio al cliente. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a orientarme y ayudarme con varias de mis inquietudes. El lugar está en una zona relativamente segura y tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y con una vibra muy bonita.」

「If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...
