「As an American traveler, I realize my expectations are different from local standards, so I'm rating this property with that in mind. By the standards I'm accustomed to in the United States, I would have rated this property 1 star. However, recognizing that expectations and accommodations may differ in Chile, I'm giving it 3 stars. 「Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion.
