「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「It was a bit difficult to find the property, maybe a bit more detail ahead of time of how to find the property, would make it easier. Staff was friendly, which I appreciated. And the location was great. Not ideal for a light sleeper, because the sound of trains is almost nonstop, although they give you earplugs, but still, it's a lot of noise for a light sleeper. The only thing that was not comfortable for me specifically, was that the AC would not catch up to the selected set room temperature,...

「Very clean and pretty hotel. Really great location. The rooms were VERY small, I know this is common in big cities in Europe but this was the smallest I’ve been in and the bathroom was so hard to be in as it was so squished. The shower was really nice however. As a newer hotel there is no gym yet which was disappointing. Also would have been nice to have wine in the mini bar. They could not accommodate early check in. If you appreciate cleanliness, pretty decor and are only staying 1-2 nights...

「The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.」
