"The hotel was ideal for whatvwe needed for our trip. Andrea who checked us in was lovely , explaining all we needed to know about the hotel and it's facilities. The location was perfect for us getting in and out of town too
We did not take breakfast so cannot comment further on this"
"We've stayed here before and it's our go-to hotel when staying in the area. Fantastic service, the on-site restaurant and bar are excellent and the rooms are well sized and very comfortable."
"The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests.
The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church."
