Very well priced, quaint, peaceful area. Small boutique hotel with only 10 rooms. Downside was no coffee or breakfast at the hotel itself but for $50/night who cares. Would stay again.

El personal es atento y el hotel esta bien ubicado a unas 3 o 4 cuadras de la plaza central. Las camas estaban amplias y comodas. Pero nos tocó que estar bajando a recepción pues no habia toallas para todos y solo pusieron un rollo de papel higienico empezado. El baño si deja que desear ( habitación 8) la pared sucia y manchada, la tapa del inodoro no termina de abrir, no habia agua caliente.

El lugar es muy bonito y familiar, es limpio y el personal es muy amable, definitivamente es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, te dan sugerencias de dónde comer o actividades. Esta muy accesible al centro. Hay alberca pero es pequeña, es motivo por el cual no accedimos y también podrían oner una guía con los canales de TV o mejorar la señal porque no se lograba ver nada.

Tres jolie hotel, propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes car la rue est tres passante, c'est le seul petit point négatif.

We are a family of 6 and stayed in a family room. It was wonderful! There was a lot of space, the room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a small fridge and a tv, which we weren’t expecting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had a nice shower and fixtures. There were plenty of outlets in the room. Parking was a little strange. The pool was being renovated and our kids were disappointed in that but we just went to Cenote Zaci and it was delightful! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the main square. We were very pleased with this hotel for the rate we got.

La ubicacion es buena, a tres cuadras del centro caminando. El personal de recepcion muy amable, y se nota que ha sido remodelado recientemente, me decepcionó que no limpiaron la habitacion durante nuestra estancia de dos noches, y la alberca, en la que apenas caben 3 o 4 personas, siempre estuvo muy sucia. Tienen tarifa de hotel grande, pero con servicios de pequeño. :/

En general todo muy bien, limpieza, zona, personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, siempre cordiales. Colchones, almohadas, sábanas y toallas en excelente estado, un lugar bien mantenido, con una hermosa decoración. Talvez pediría más sábanas y almohadas para el sofá cama, aunque pedí y me dieron lo que tenían, no fue suficiente pero siempre con amabilidad. Falta opción de acceso para adulto mayor
