The sink and bathtub wouldn’t drain. The outside of the refrigerator was filthy and rusted. Beds were comfortable. Remote wouldn’t work, front desk said they would being new batteries, but they never showed up.

Starting with the positive, the woman at the front desk who checked us in and out was incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt. That being said, I know other guests struggled to get the same level of service. That’s where the positives end. I wouldn’t stay here unless you absolutely have to. Upon going up the dirty elevator to my floor, the hallways instantly reeked of smoke and cooking gas. The room smelled slightly better, but only if you believe the smell of powerful cleaning products to be preferable to that of cigarettes. The rooms were dingy and barely clean. Upon stripped the bed of sheets, I found hair and lint, indicating that they likely had not been changed before my arrival. I checked everywhere for bedbugs per the recommendation of other reviews. I didn’t find any but I’ll be running my laundry dry through the dryer several times over to be safe. The carpeted floors were mysteriously sticky, and at least one of my towels had a strange red stain on it (the rest seemed clean and smelled fresh). During my stay, the other guests frequently complained, especially about the cleanliness of the hotel and the “breakfast” offerings, which were coffee and prepackaged pastries that you could get from a vending machine. The fact that the property advertises this as a meal at all feels like a gross overstatement. Wi-fi never worked for me during the course of my stay, and there’s no business center. Would not stay here again unless there were literally no other alternative.

The place was falling apart. The first room they gave me the shower did not work and there was no hot water. The 2nd temporary room, the curtains were falling down. The third room, on the 3rd floor smelled awful. The entire 3rd floor reeked of tobacco and pot.

The staff could use some training on how to nicely talk to guest. The complimentary kitchen stuff says it will be delivered to room but staff said it should be picked up from the lobby. Overall, we liked the facility but the service staff were not really nice , somehow sarcastic.

Great staff, shabby property
The staff that I encountered were very courteous. Kris was great at checkout & so was the woman who at check in. The hotel was quiet & my room was pretty clean. Negatives were mostly related to the condition of the room itself, the breakfast, & the smells. The kitchenette was in good shape, but all furniture was very shabby. The LVT floors were clean. Carpet was vacuumed but filthy. Breakfast was sad: packets of oatmeal, granola bars, & muffins. Glad I brought protein powder, but I had to buy a pint of milk. The odors were the worst, & almost made me leave. The room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke w/burn marks on the sink & toilet seat. Someone really should occasionally walk the halls to root out smokers, which brings me to my final complaint. The odor of marijuana was absolutely overpowering and offensive, especially first thing in the morning, which was nauseating, & when I first arrived on Wednesday night, & had to walk that gauntlet to get up to my room with all my luggage. Fortunately my room was at the end of the hall and directly across from the stairs, so I never had to leave that way. I will never stay here again.

The floor in our room was dirty. The filter on the air conditioner were covered with dust. The table the TV was on was dusty. There were no amenities. No coffee, no plates, no pots, no utensils. You coukd rent tgem for an extra fee. The breakfast was a cup of coffee and a stale muffin. It was cheap. And now I know why. Would not stay there sgain.

Repair Needed
The air vent in the bathroom is missing a cover. The shower has cracks and needs to be resurfaced or a new overlay. There are black bugs flying around the bathroom. The glass rotating plate is missing from the microwave and the bottom lock is completely missing on the door. Nothing has been done since I stayed in room 132 November of 2023
