"The hotel gets mixed reviews, but we had an excellent experience. The hotel and rooms are a bit dated in design. However, the paint was fresh on the walls, and the room was impeccably clean. Our room was quiet and we slept well. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The room itself was very spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful with an early check in. The location is great within steps of the park, near a Trader Joe's, and with lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this property if you are seeking something clean, comfortable, and well located."

"Our room was clean upon arrival. I could tell the floors weren’t mopped, but I don’t think that is standard between turning the room over for new guests. Overall the room was good. Nice laminate flooring, which made the space feel cleaner and nicer. Awesome view of the river and lake. We had access to the Navy Pier fireworks display right room our room window. Elevators were quick and never crowded. Our interactions with staff were always pleasant. The only downside to this hotel is there is no pool, which didn’t matter this visit as I was traveling my husband. I don’t know that I’d choose this hotel again when I return with my children because a pool is a must for us. Also, having to return to the main lobby to use a microwave is super inconvenient. I wish there were more options aside from the very busy main lobby. The location is the best thing about this place. Super close to every thing. 9/10."

"everything about this hotel was amazing. the only thing is the bathrooms is there’s no door (it’s like a half glass panel) so water kind of goes everywhere, but that doesn’t have any comparison with how awesome this place is. would 11/10 recommend to come here"
