"Our stay here was amazing with one exception. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. In the morning the August sun was rising on our side of the building which raised the temperature in the room 5-6 degrees in an already hot room. We needed help renting a car to go to the Mt Fuji region and the concierge was extremely helpful. She called the nearest Toyota rental car facility and made the reservation for us. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here the next time we come back to Tokyo."

Nice room with AC and overall just a good vibe in the hotel from entrance! Area is quiet, you are nearby shinjuku station, downtown shinjuku is about a 20-25 minute walk. There’s a few small 711 nearby and family mart! The room was a good size it was two of us, so the luggage fit right in the corner."
