ロケーションはとても良く、幕張メッセなどにも近く、ディズニーランドにもすぐ行ける。 ただ、建物は古く、部屋は古く、禁煙室だったがフロアはたばこ臭かった。 お風呂はまずまず。 朝食は、焼き鮭が冷え切っていて美味しくなかった。

部屋でのシャワーはお湯が出なく入れないし、大浴場も狭く、順番待ちしなきゃいけないくらいだし、待ってたとしても普通に他のお客さんに順番抜かされたりもあり、刺青の方は入浴出来ないと貼ってあるにも関わらず、普通に大浴場に入浴しに来てる。 部屋も防音もかなり弱く、廊下で話す人の声が部屋まで聞こえて来るレベルでした。 どんなに安くてももう二度と行かないかなと思いました。

エアコンの室内機のあたりから、音がしていた。 排水の音か、何か分からないけど、11時すぎても、しており、体はクタクタで、用意された耳栓をつけても、音が大きく眠れず、困りました。 トイレは、使用後、トイレットペーパーが流れていなかった。 毎回、2,3回流して、やっと流れる感じ。 ベッドは、清潔そう。 禁煙室の為、ニオイはなく、良かったです。 音の改善を強く希望します。
