Safe Hotel

Hit by scale 6 earthquake at mid night, nothing was fallen from the walls or tables. The facility is very save. Services, breakfast, and hot tub bath in the room are all excellent.

Room is good. Bathroom is good. Food is good as well. A terrific place for me to stay a night. Well, if your room assigned is not face to Siwei Road keep curtain closed. Laundry machines are equipped which is good, but looks like none customer is able to use those facilities.

I was quite happy with the stay. The room had a slightly damp smell but it was clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel at all. It's ok that they couldn't find the eye mask, but they should at least give some response. This is disappointing.

Interior was great. Clean room, great amenities and quiet. Rooftop bar with great views to the city. The breakfast was terrible however. Probably a grade above continental breakfast. Ample parking but keep in mind, there’s nothing nearby other than a McDonald’s or 7/11 that’s about a 5 minute walk.

Crowded during breakfast

Was too packed during the breakfast. As a solo traveler, I was asked to change seats twice. The staff gave me a small gift as an apology but I'd prefer a more smooth experience.
