純粹係一間度假休閒嘅酒店,整體燈光不夠亮,出行不方便,如果純粹住在裏面三天就會覺得比較悶,房內冷氣風口對正床位,所以覺得非常冷,最重要一點時我預訂的時候我看到宣傳是有免費接駁車到市區的,但是去到就說沒有,要自己自費叫車或者他也可以幫你叫車的,這樣就令我感覺不舒服了.

若想享受靈静環境，這酒店是一個選擇。
從踏入酒店的第一步，便感受到職員的笑容，客房空間足夠，清潔，物品齊全，窗外便是一片綠色草地，再堂出去便是河邊，好清淨的環境，早餐豐富及多種選擇，我特意推介，大家一定要試一試這裡的午餐或晚餐，因從食材去到客人枱面，都睇得出，食得出，厨師的用心，這裡每日有兩班車單向去舊城區，算是方便，總結以CP值來計算，若想放空，休息，充電，這裡是一個很好的選擇，我與太太正計劃下個行程，當然都會來這裡兩三天呢！

Peaceful Hotel
This is a small size hotel But provide good services, I lived here 5 nights, The place was maintain well and tidy, They have a good chef can cook delicious breakfast and meal and the Manager was a helpful person, all the staff was kind, Even when we check out early midnight they can prepare the breakfast box for us , I highly recommand the pool access room to everyone. The hotel was by car about 15 mins to old city but you can used the Uber for the transportation was cheap and convenient, If you like a peaceful and relax place you will love this place.

離市中心比較遠，必須租車，就方便很多了！
一到清邁機場，向左邊直出，就有的士站！300thb，20分鐘車程就到，酒店服務員態度十分有善，做我的翻譯員協助租車，一手一腳都很體諒，非常好，連離開時，也協助我還車，仲安排了的士送回機場，仲只需250thb已可以了，所以在這衷心感謝! 有機會都會再幫襯這間酒店.

Good resort with a safe swimming pool
Nice resort with good price. The resort was not that far away from the old city. Around 150 thai dollar to get there. The staff were nice and polite. The welcoming drink was nice. The breakfast and fruit juice were excellent especially the kiwi juice. The fruit juice was freshly prepared. The rice was presented as a bear shape. I love it very much!!! But the swimming pool was not the clean.

我們住riverside房間，房間整潔，有小露台，樓底高、空間感大，可惜房內只有一張椅子。服務人員十分親切有禮，我們要一早前往機場離開清邁，他們可以為我們先預備餐盒。不過，前往古城區有點遠，須預先安排交通。

十分美好的地方
酒店設施、環境都十分漂亮，房間乾淨，樓底高空間感大。我們住的是Grand Riverfront Suite，特價時非常實惠，物超所值！早餐即點即做，上菜速度快而且美味！我們也試了另一邊餐廳的午飯，水準也很高！職員好像沒有很多，但每位都很親切友善，笑容滿面。唯一缺點是泳池不夠清潔，住在那裡的2天我們都沒敢下水游泳，感覺好可惜！

寧靜的小型resort
住了三天pool-access的房間, 只可以說實在太寫意. 酒店房間數量只有十多間, 且酒店主要面向著河, 所以十分幽靜. 但馬路也很近, 隔音不太好, 夜裡有車經過時會比較嘈. 但情況不算嚴重. 泳池很小, 可以說很迷理. 但我住的三天都機乎只有我們一家使用, (pool access房只有四間, 我們佔了三間), ,所以很充夠. 泳池邊是草地, 小朋友很跑得開心. 早餐有鮮果汁飲, 主餐是單點的, 但都是任點任食, 味道很好, 是每天不能錯過的環節. 另外下午茶時間另點的pizza味道很有驚喜. 一定要品嘗一下 . 自駕遊人士注意, 酒店就在馬路邊, 門口很小, 只能泊五六台車.旺季時最好事先知會一下酒店安排車位.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. But couldn't sleep well because of mosquitos and the noise of traffic outside. Would recommend if you want to relax and rent a car.

Excellent Services with great caring in details
The hotel design is modern. The room size is huge even our booking is the standard room.The hotel is very private and quiet as they only serve 22 people. This is exceptional for relaxing trip. I love the atmosphere and most of the time I cannot see other visitors in the hotel. The breakfast served is excellent. The semi-buffet type breakfast offers you unlimited and wide selection of choices of Western or Thai style of breakfast. The Chef offers 10 different cooking styles of eggs including scrambled, fried, egg Benedict, thai styles omelette etc.. The breakfast is delicious. We can comfortably enjoy our breakfast in the cross-ventilated indoor place or seating outside freely. I would also like to praise their excellent services. We booked a day-tour and departed at 6:00am. The smart hotel staff Peep (?),urged the Chef to prepare light breakfast boxes for us. The box shows great caring in details. On the last day, we go back to the hotel for picking up our luggage with our exhausted bodies, the smart hotel staff again offer us the cold drinks and try to arrange all necessary transportation for us to go back to the airport. The Manager, Katie, is very nice to offer us wide selection of transportation means and finally she deployed the hotel shuttle for sending us to airport. We have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to visitor who demands for a quiet, relax staying place with excellent service.

酒店平平，設施不多
今次book 左頂樓最大既suite, 面積夠大，wifi 尚算穩定，shampoo 同shower gel 都係coconut 味，個人不太喜歡，早餐無限任點，但選擇少，一日已經試左四五款，味道真係好一般。冇預期咁多蚊，可能呢兩三日都落大雨。地點較偏，建議自駕，門前有六個車位，若所有房客也自駕，可能不夠車位，有待改善。

A wonderful living experience
It's really a wonderful resort. My family spent two nights and all of us have relax living experience here. We extremely enjoy surrounding feeling: comfortable room, clean swimming pool, completeed facilities, good service, and delicious breakfast....! Although location of this resort is a little bit far from chiangmai downtown, I would recommend this accommodation for my friend. You can just do nothing but relax here.

Quite nice especially for the staffs
It's a small hotel but nice, near the river and the staffs are very helpful. The worst is too close to the road and it's noisy during sleeping. Also, the swimming pool is really small like a bath.

當初覺得這家飯店離市區有點遠，但因為它的房間非常大外加可以從房間外面看到河，就決定生日前夕去入住體驗一下。雖然離清邁古城區有點距離，出入要搭嘟嘟車或計程車，但是實際入住體驗非常棒，當天櫃檯服務生非常熱情，飯店mini bar的東西全部都可以免費使用，特別的是第二天早上的早餐還是現點現做，非常好吃！

半独立泳池，交通不便，隔音一般
门前的半独立泳池（和隔壁两间房共用）是酒店的特色。河边很大的露天花园也不错，就是蚊子太多，基本没人出去坐的。如要入城，交通极不方便，酒店每天只有一班免费车去古城，其余时间去的话要约车来好像是300b还是酒店收的（估计酒店从中赚钱，我们回来一般200b）。特别晚上11点后前台没人了，只有保安，想吃个宵夜车都约不了，走路出去半小时都打不到车，旁边的别墅区都是看门狗，走在路上很吓人的。隔音也一般般，晚上被路边的响声，以及房间电话突然响了吓得半死。还是全程最贵的酒店了，前台态度不敢恭维。不太愉快的体验，抱歉。

We really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. My husband had a minor accident during our stay at the hotel, we got lots of help from the hotel staff and after we checked out, we left our wallet at the hotel, the staff was so nice to keep our wallet until we went back to the hotel to pick up. Our sincere thanks to all the staff of Zensala. Besides that, the room we stayed was pool-access room with a nice river view. During our first night stay, it was a bit noisy because of the road just outside the hotel, but for the rest of our stays, we found no problems of it. The food at the restaurant was delicious both for breakfast and dinner. To conclude, we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Chiangmai next time.

這次跟小孩入住池畔豪華房,一走出房門便可以直接游泳,我們都玩得很開心~~晚上還可以坐在河邊看星星,非常推薦喜歡安靜的人入住~~附近沒有食店,晚餐要在old town 或是room service 解決~~提意酒店提供shuttle bus 到附近的Tesco,為旅客帶來更多的方便~~
