A Memorable Chiang Mai Stay

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceded every expectation. It was the perfect base for exploring the city's temples, markets, and cafés-everything was just a stroll or short ride away. The staff was genuinely warm, accommodating, and attentive. Even with our private plunge pool, the main pool was equally spectacular-sparkling clean, serene, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, drink specials impressed, and I especially adored the tea service by the pool. So peaceful and an elegant experience. Theres no question if I return to Chiang Mai there's no question I'll stay here again.

Très belles chambres, bien équipées et bien entretenues. Restaurant un peu moyen mais à le mérite d’être la. Piscine un peu fraîche mis très belle avec lits de soleil. Le seul bémol est l’emplacement loin des attractions touristiques

시설은 리모델링되어 전체적으로 깨끗한 느낌. 하지만 객실 청소는 정리와 수건 교환만 해줌. 6박 숙박에 침대 시트 1번 바꿔 줌. 객실 외부 소리 잘 들림. 수영장은 물이 깨끗하고 시원했음. 괸리가 잘 되는 편. 수영장은 객실 손님이 아니여도 외부에서 돈내고 와서 있는 사람들 많음. 조식은 뷔페식이 아닌 전날 저녁에 매일 선택하면 다음날 아침식사가 나옴. 별도로 작은 샐러드바와 빵, 밥도 먹을 수 있게 준비되어 있음. 조식이 오전 7:30에 시작이라 이전에 투어를 나갈경우 조식박스(정해져있음) 받아서 미리 먹고 나가야함. 30분만 일찍 조식이 시작되도 좋을텐데, 좀 아쉬움. 전체젓을 객실이 많은 구조는 아니여서 혼잡하지않고 편하게 지낼 수 있었음. 직원들은 전체적으로 친절함.

Jederzeit wieder

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir waren zum 2. mal dort und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Wenn man Chiang Mai erkunden möchte, kann man sich vor Ort ein Moped leihen. In der Umgebung sind reichlich Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch und sauber. Das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit.

장점: 객실이 적고 소음이 들리지 않는다. 조식서비스가 만족스럽다. 분위기가 좋다 단점: 비가오면 빗물이 천장에 떨어지는 소리가 아주 시끄럽게 들린다. 화장실, 샤워실에서 악취가 올라온다. 번화가까지 걸어가기 멀다.

아주 친절하고 좋은 호텔에서 최악의 숙박

우선 사진처럼 아주 예쁜 숙소입니다. 생긴지 얼마 안되고 모던한 스타일이여서 깔끔해요. 직원들이 아주아주 친절합니다. 인스타그램 감성에 맞게 예쁜 수영장, 예쁜 식당에서 예쁘게 차려진 조식과 애프터눈티를 즐길 수 있습니다. (조식과 애프터눈티는 보기만큼 맛있진 않아요) 위치는 현지인이 많이 사는 동네에 있는데 올드타운이나 님만 모두 걸어가기엔 멀어서 좋지는 않아요. 하지만 그랩이 잘 되어있으니 큰 문제는 없습니다. 주변에 크게 볼 것은 없지만 요가원과 작은 현지인 식당들이 있어서 크게 불편함도 없습니다. 다만, 치명적인 단점이 있습니다. 샤시가 나무로 되어있는데 소음 차단이 정말정말정말정말 안됩니다... 조용한 분들과 묵으면 문제가 되지 않겠지만 첫날밤에 술취한 중국인 2명이 있었는데 새벽 1시까지 소리를 고래고래 지르며 정말 시끄러웠어요. 시끄러워서 잠을 못자겠어서 로비에 수차례 얘기해도 너무 착한 직원들.. 순하게 직원이 취객에게 이야기를해도 듣지 않는다고 다른 방법이 없다고하네요.. 이날 밤은 수많은 해외 숙박 중에 최악의 경험이였습니다. 그리고 이에 대한 어떠한 보상도 없었어요. 정말 큰 문제라고 생각합니다. 한국이였으면 경찰에 신고했을거에요.. 대체로 아주 만족스러웠으나 단점이 너무 치명적이네요 시끄럽고 체계화 되지 않은 것.. 더 나은 호텔로 발전하려면 이렇게 시끄러울때 대응 방법 가이드라인이 있어야할 것 같아요

Good services, no communication problem

The hotel room modern, stylish, clean but not large. I like the design of the bathroom. The staff members are friendly and nice, especially a cute girl with a pleasant personality with short hair (she always tied a small plait with her bangs). Her English is good too. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and observed all the guests were speaking Mandarin. Just not comfortable to see a guest hanged the washed clothes in the pool area... The breakfast is really really good and also the complimentary tea set. :) The overall experience is nice and thanks to all the staff for their nice services!

除了在床單上有發現2處大髒污及對外交通這兩點，讓人感到不舒適外，其他從房間、泳池、餐廳、工作人員、食物等一切都很棒，下次應該還會再次入住這裡。

방음 제외 완벽에 가까운 호텔

5성급 호텔 못지 않은 서비스와 깔끔한 시설이 매우 만족스러웠으나 방음이 취약하여 옆 방 말소리와 샤워기 트는 소리까지 들려서 잠을 설쳤음. 잠자리가 예민한 사람은 이어플러그 등 대책 마련이 필요함. 하지만 방음을 제외하고는 대만족.
