I loved my stay here! I was moving to Chiang Mai and the staff were so kind to help me and my husband search for apartments to live in. The location is very nice. You can walk to the Old City within 7 minutes and explore all the temples. Highly recommend that everyone stay here!!
The rooms were clean and the staff was great!! They had a note with detailed instructions for us to make checking in a breeze. The location is also excellent! Just far enough off the main road to be quiet, yet close enough to walk to everything. It's about a 10 minute walk to all the cool places you want to visit. I highly recommend this property.
We would 100% stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and walking distance to food, massages and night markets. We were honestly a little nervous when our shuttle turned down what looked like a back alley to get to the hotel but it was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I was transiting through Chiang Mai and had a great stay. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to restaurants and main streets, tucked away in a quieter street.
Very good value for money if you need a quiet place to rest.
The staff are really nice and the hotel itself is nice but the surrounding area is not great. There was a lot of noise at night coming from the bar right next to the hotel.
Really lovely welcome, quiet rooms, slept like a log but was only a short walk from plenty of places to eat and socialise. Super kind staff, highly recommended.
Very friendly and nice staff, great location, good restaurants and travel agencies are nearby, old city in 10-15 minutes to walk. Highly recommend The Locals for staying in Chiang Mai.
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and answered our questions about places to visit in the area. It is in a good location to the old town and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There was no elevator or lift but the staff helped with the bags. It was a comfortable stay. Based on our experience we would stay again.
