I think this was a good place to stay at. Bathroom was an area of improvement as it looked a bit dirty and needing some renos. But overall, it was good. Staff were very kind and breakfast was probably the best part.

We were very warmly greeted when we first arrived and everytime we returned. They even came out for farewell photos when we left after our 4 nights. The coffee and snacks were always available in the lobby during the day. The breakfasts are outstanding

This trendy Old City hotel has a swimming pool and includes a huge Thai and Western breakfast buffet. Attentive staff and excellent location at a great price make it a perfect home away from home while visiting Chiang Mai. I’d go back in a heart beat. Steps from the best street food including Khao Soi Khun Yai!

I can’t say enough about the service at POR! The staff went above and beyond to make my first visit to Thailand easy and so enjoyable. They helped to arrange for my daily activities and were quick to answer all my questions. The daily breakfasts were amazing and the beverages and snacks available all day were definitely a plus. Amazing hotel, customer service, breakfast and accommodations. We are very pleased with our stay! During our stay we had two separate rooms, the first was the double suite and it was beautiful, large and comfortable. The last night we stayed in the king room, it was great, however the AC direction over the bed made it hard to have the AC on at night. Otherwise great hotel and very happy with location and accommodations.

This place was gorgeous and clean, with very friendly staff. They do laundry at 100 baht/kilo, which was nice for our mid-trip need. The breakfast was free and SO yummy with tons of hot and cold options(salad bar, fruit, etc.), coffee machine for cappuccinos and lattes, and bottled water provided. Quick 15 min taxi to the airport and 10 minute to the Night Bazaars in chiang mai! Definitely taxi at night as it is a quiet, dark area after hours. We were sad to leave!

The property is nice, the staff were super helpful. I arrived at 10 a.m. and my room was ready. Loved the morning breakfast included. Only issue was no stairs to get in and out of the pool. I would recommend and return. 😊

Modern and fresh - staff so friendly!

This is a very fresh and modern hotel. Loved the rooms! Bed was amazing. The staff is super helpful. Free Bicycles if you need one. Did not have time to try out the swimmingpool, but it looked amazing. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. The best part is that the left over from the breakfast is kept in the fridge, and you are welcome to have a snack any time of the time. Would love to come back here again! The only thing I would want them to improve, is the doors to the rooms - they are not very well soundproff against noise outside - and sadly there were a few families on my floor making a lot of noise during my stay - earbuds fixed the issue - but would prefer to sleep without.

Great location, great team, great concept

The hotel is situated in a quiet side street on the more family friendly side of old town. You don't hear any of the traffic and hustle and bustle of what Chiang Mai can be. It's near the amazing Fern Tree Cafe where you cam get great coffee and cake. They have a super friendly ans helpful team of staff. I love their effort in reducing plastic waste by providing water in recyclable glass bottles (so being your own to refill). I wish they would also give the option of reusing the towels, as it is not necessary to swap/get fresh towels every day. They breakfast buffet is large wirh lots of options for everyone, and unlike many places, offers options like soy milk. The pool in the middle is wee bit dangerous to get in and out as no steps ans super slippery tiles, but a very nice cool down option when hot.
