Great hotel

it's obviously a new hotel built in a condo style. Rooms are large with nice seating area, small kitchen, good bedroom and hot shower/bath. The swimming pool is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. they don't all speak English. Breakfast is good but it's in another building and on 2nd floor with no lift. Area is quiet and it's not close to the attractions or 7-11. However if you have a car or bike it's really not a problem. Some areas for improvement. The beds are to hard. More English speaking staff would be great and more cutlery in the Kitchen. TV some English channels would be nice. Just small points. WiFi one of the best I've seen in Chiang Mai. Highly recommended if you have a car or bike.

Super friendly and helpful staff, from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Dining Room Host, Servers and Bartenders. Everyone we met who worked for the property was really nice. The grounds were lovely. Spray mosquito repellent if you'll be around the Harmony Cafe/Pool Bar around dusk. Sauna was not working. Gym was sufficient. Restaurant was minimal and only open for breakfast. Western Breakfast could use a daily update. You can order lunch/dinner by the pool-highly recommended. The room was lacking in cleanliness especially the moldy bathroom and random unidentified splatters on different spots of the walls. You can't use the stovetop, but there was a huge fridge and microwave for leftover food. Sink was available for washing, but no soap or kitchen towel available to clean the provided dishes and utensils. Wifi was excellent. Laundry was pretty straight forward (buy your own liquid soap) Hang drive on your balcony. Quiet area compared to accommodations in Old City is a plus. Excursion pick up is available but you'll need to pay extra since it is aprox 2 kilometers outside their threshold.

The swimming pool and the outdoor bathroom and sauna amenities are fantastic. As well as being able to order a drink at the bar and it being charged to our room.

Nice hotel, but seen better days

This was the 4th time I have stayed at the Harmony resort and although there are a number of things I really like about the property, there are a few things that are not so great...I don’t think I will stay a 5th time. Positives—beautiful pool, good location, quiet, excellent breakfast, solid internet Negatives—moldy shower, no hot water for shower or tub, super hard bed, dirty windows, bright light outside bedroom window

As a family of four we stayed in the family deluxe room and It was what we thought it was and the pictures of it are great. What’s even better is the staff. We couldn’t believe the way were served and helped by the staff. Great place!

Nice resort, but quite remote

The hotel has a very nice pool area and clean, spaceous appartments. It all looks quite new. No kitchen tools, just empty drawers. Hard mattresses. People in reception are very poor in English, don't expect any other tour arrangement services than to order a taxi for you. Need taxi to go to city centre (2-400 Baht). No restaurants nearby except the one in hotel.

More of a residence than a resort

Beautiful rooms but feels like more of a residence than a resort. Breakfast is sub-par and pools are not deep enough for lap-swimming, which was a big disappointment. Ordering room service is complicated and slow. Way too high of a price for the service.

Great hotel for the money

New... Clean... and Friendly staff. Nice pool. Very well designed rooms with separate kitchen, living and sleeping areas. It is not within walking distance... so you need to have a car or motorcycle. Or take Taxi. Some guests ignore the non-smoking signs.

Ruhige Appartementanlage in Flughafennähe

Die Hotelanlage ist recht neu und großzügig gestaltet. Wir hatten ein Family-Appartment. Es hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, einen Wohn-/Essbereich und ein Bad. Die Austattung ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Zwar verfügte das Apartment über eine tolle Küche nebst Herdplatten und Mikrowelle, aber es fehlt an Kochgeschirr und Besteck. Das ist etwas schade, da man sich das nicht für den Aufenthalt kaufen möchte. Ein absolutes plus ist die Waschmaschine. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, aber nicht mit einem deutschen Standard zu vergleichen. Insgesamt ist die Anlage absolut zu empfehlen und liegt zentral für alle sehnenswerten Attraktionen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich in der Nähe.
