A welcome and friendly stay in Chiang Mai Old Town

We were greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome and spent time going through local recommendations, including Fern Forest (definitely eat there). The rooms were tidy, clean and had everything we needed. Location in the old town was great! Thanks for a lovely stay

Very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Great location (Fern Forest Cafe just down the street is one of my favorites in Chiang Mai). Only complaint is that the showers are not consistently hot.

Two days in Chiang Mai at Gusto House

In really enjoyed my stay in Chiang Mai. It a delightful city with very friendly people and lots of great food choices. Best of all was staying at Gusto House, it's not a big hotel but the standard of the accommodation and the service given by the staff couldn't be faulted. When I checked in they asked if I had any allergies, I haven't but I did explain that I am a vegetarian. Well for breakfast they came up with a rice, vegetables and egg dishes both days, follow by fresh fruit. I was really impressed by Gusto House and would stay there again if I was ever fortunate enough to visit again. I recommend to anybody.

I had an overnight in Chiang Mai and stayed here. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location. I wouldn't stay here for an extended period because there is no garden area, but I have no complaints.

Hotel close to the old city, a lot of landmarks and entertainment in proximity - temples, market, cafes, etc. Quiet hotel, amazingly friendly host - she helped me navigate around the place, suggested a few places to go to,and when I was checking out, she got me a cheap tuktuk to the airport. And the room comes with free breakfast which was fresh, different and yummy every morning. 10/10 would stay again.
