I loved the hotel property. Very spacious room; lovely grounds bordering the Ping River. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The only drawback (no fault to the hotel itself) is that there is not much to see within walking distance. One can always rent a car or hire a taxi or whatever.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheik Istana Hotel and can’t say enough good things! The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, and the amenities were amazing. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was excellent and beds were very comfortable. But more than anything, the customer service and amazing kindness of the staff was unparalleled. Despite check in hours ending at 10 PM, when I messaged asking what I should do if my 9 PM flight was delayed, the staff generously said that they would wait for me. Even after checking out of the hotel, they offered any help/ support I needed. Will definitely be staying here again if I am back in Chiang Mai!

Really nice room very spacious, clean . The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough. · The location is a little bit out which required a few taxis or grab but it did mean that the hotel was much quieter which was good.the breakfast is very nice. big pool ,big gym. it worth you to experience.

Never been replaced extremely stinky toilet mat.

Booked and paid for 7 nights in advance. Arrived with no room was available due to their major facility plumbing issue and had to check into a two-twin bed room instead of one king bed as booked. The facility was very old, dirty with bad odor. One of the worst sort of the bad odor was their dark color toilet mat. This very dirty toilet mat would had never been cleaned nor replaced for months. Tried of this very inconvenience and decided to give up and moved to a different hotel instead. The even more disturbing news was both of the Sheik Istana Hotel and Hotel.com were putting a lot of effort not to refund the remaining unused nights. This was very unacceptable and definitely had to sort it out at BBB, FTC and CFPB.

居心地の良いホテルで、目の前が川なので景色も良くバルコニーでゆっくり朝焼けが見れてとてもキレイでした。 スタッフの方も皆さん気持ちよく対応してくれます。 プールに入ったり、庭でゆっくりしたり、外出に疲れてホテルでゆっくりしたい方にはぴったりです。 ホテルの周りにはあまりお店が無いので、食事付きのプランがお勧めです。 又泊まりに行きたくなるホテルでした！

素敵なホテルです

プールも広くて、朝食も美味しくとても素敵なホテルでした☆川沿いなのでリゾート感もあります。 のんびり滞在するには最適です。スタッフさんに言えばgrabでタクシーを手配してくれます。大体１００バーツくらいでした。旧市街からは離れているので、観光メインの方はもう少し市内寄りがいいかもしれません。欧米人が多かったので静かなのもよかったです。私たちはホテルでのんびりしたかったので、とてもよい滞在になりました。(#^.^#)

The front desk was very warm and we came late! Very eager to introduce the room to us, the room is large, very neat, no taste. Very quiet at night, sleep well, breakfast is very rich, the hotel is very good location, you can walk to the beach for a walk, there is terminal21 shopping mall opposite, there is 711 supermarket next door, the experience is very good. Like to recommend to my friends!
