位置極不方便，男員工態度極差且房間有曱甴 Terrible experience
訂三人房的價錢平均價比雙人房的價錢還要貴，房間還要細。定時詢問較貴原因，說因為房間是較豪華，所以價錢貴些。但是房間只是在傷m雙人房中間放一張摺床，只能在床尾爬上，而且行李箱也沒地方放。房間設施也太舊，其中木椅有幾棵釘突出把腿也弄破皮。衛生也不好，有兩間房間有曱甴。因訂房時說酒店飲食可以有八折優惠，所以退房前一晚想定早餐，經理卻說從來沒有這個優惠，給他看了列印也說沒有。幸好拉倒，在別間比他更漂亮，早餐更豐富的酒店價錢便宜一半。可能沒訂早餐的原故，定了四間房間希望能有一間延遲半小時退房，大部份酒店都可以做到，卻不能答應。只好在九時先退房把行李寄存。九個人寄存八件行李箱三個手提袋，竟說沒有那麼多位置給我們寄存。要求把放行李房間打開，位置多着哩！一個朋友較早把房咭退回，另外三間房5分鐘後才交咭，對方卻說欠一間房咭，跟著忽然很激動地在我手中搶回800泰銖房咭訂金。自己忘記其中一房已先交給他，提醒他後也沒說一句對不起，態度極之差勁，因他令我不想再踏足清邁。 Male staff attitude is terrible, hotel not clean and not convenient ! We booked 4 rooms but Triple room pay more and get smaller then double room! I will lot come back to this hotel even it is free of charge

Check in個陣講啲水唔駛錢 到check out話淨係free 2支水 但客房本身係放4支水 硬收40銖 房間就每日返黎都有一堆蚊 返酒店途中極黑 而且途中好多蛇虫鼠蟻

酒店細細，但切備齊全田大
一落機因天黑已很担心難找酒店位置，因聽講在横巷裡，但雙條車竟然車到門口，我們還未落車，服務員已幫忙接行李，很貼心，酒店有泰國味道，令人舒服 房間整潔，浴室寬闊，房間還可看見日出，早餐算是豐富 還有免費腳踏車，可踏去附近寺廟

Out of Expectation Stay!
I stayed at Chankam Boutique Hotel, ChiangMai, Thailand hotel from Sep 26 to 29. I would like to report my experienced with you. The questions are based on my review on Tripadvisor and Expedia. (hehehe..I can save my time) 1. I would recommend this hotel to my friend for sure because of the location and the convenience of getting around Chiang Mai's Old City. 2. I give 5 stars to the overall stay experience, comfort, cleaningness, staff's assistance, and facilities. However, I would give 2 stars to the roads nearby the hotel because the hotel is built in an old community. The road surrounding area is narrow. It is very difficult for a regular size vehicle or truck to drive it. If you rent a car to drive to this hotel, you must pay attention on the road next to the hotel. Unitl you drive to the main road. 3. Hotel provide bicycle free rental for guests to use. I borrowed a bicycle in the morning on Sep 29. I could easily ride to "Three Kings Monument" within 10 mins. 4. Location is the best because it took me 10 mins walk to Wat Pra Singh. If you stay there over the weekend, you can visit the Sunday Night Market. 5. On Sep 29, it rained heavily during noon. I could not walk out to get on my uncle's private car at Wat Pra Singh. The hotel willingly used their mini-van to take me there which I did not have to walk under heavy rain. IT IS A COMPLIMENT to the hotel.

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! WE LIVED THERE FOR 3 DAYS AND AT THE LAST DAY WE FORGOT TO LEAVE THE TIP. WHEN WE WENT DOWN TO CHECK OUT ON THE LAST DAY THE JANITOR CAME TO THE FRONT DESK AND SAID WE TOOK AWAY THE HOTEL'S TOWEL. THE PERSON AT FRONT DESK AND THE JANITOR RUDLY REQUESTED US TO OPEN ALL OF OUR LUGGAGES AND OUR BAGS. THEY CHECKED OUR BAGS AND MESSED UP ALL OF OUR STUFFS AND EVEN THEY FOUND NOTHING THEY DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY TO US. WE WERE JUST ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE BUT THEY CALLED THE MANAGER AND HE SAID SORRY TO US. IF U ARE THINKING TO HAVE A GREAT VACATION WITH BEING BOTHERED BY ANNOYING PROBLEMS? CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL CUZ THIS HOTEL MAY REALLY RUIN UR PLEASURE ON UR TRIP. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF GREAT HOTELS IN THE SAME AREA. DON'T BOTHER URSELF.

喜欢这家酒店，以后还来~~
酒店经理超热情，而且非常有责任心！酒店环境也非常舒适，典雅，具有本土特色，客房装修很雅致，非常清洁的感觉，而且还有按摩浴缸，这是我们在很多五星级酒店都没有看到的。唯一的缺点就是地方有点小偏，但出行如果是租自行车的话，也没什么大问题，毕竟旧城本身就很小。这个酒店超出我们预期，如果你是想安静的融入老城小镇，而不是到处奔波着拍“到此一游”，那么这个酒店挺适合的。

总体很好，然而。。。
位置比较偏，在老城西北角的一条小巷子里。不过也因此非常安静，周围都是普通居民，可以一览清迈人家的日常生活，也算有趣。酒店装修十分精致，房间干净，床舒服，值得一提的是吧台全部免费，卫浴的精油洗护用品很赞，远好过前一天入住的de lana。早餐虽不是自助，但也丰盛，需要前一晚在前台勾选下单。总体服务非常满意。 然而，有一次惊悚的经历，就是服务生不敲门直接刷卡冲进来，适逢我们窝在床上半睡半醒，他赶快道歉走人，连脸都没来得及看清楚。。。这个，应该是给差评吧。。。 不过还是会考虑再次入住，性价比还是挺高的。

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Old City Chiang Mai. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean, with self service coffee/tea, minibar, and small balcony. Very easy walk to a variety of eateries, temples, the walking street market and other sights. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Old and tired
Unfortunately the place is old and run down. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work and it over an hour to convince the night manger that there was a problem. It then took her another 30 minutes to find us another room even though we and travelling companion were the only ones staying there. We tried to breakfast one day but the chef was having the day off. We had to get up early the next day and did provide us with toast and coffee as requested. Overall disappointing.

Our stay at Chankam was wonderful! The front desk staff were very helpful! Cute property like a bed n breakfast. 5 min walk to cafes and massage places. Out of the 3 weeks we spent in Thailand this was our favorite place.

They charge for every drink inside the room. If you don’t want to pay extra, don’t drink or have any extra items they provide. Otherwise, the room is nice and clean. The walking distance from the hotel to street food vendors is about 5 minutes, friendly staff. The hotel is also close to the airport. If you need a ride to the airport, let them know ahead of time.

Property was very attractive and well-appointed. I liked it being on a small alley. Very quiet and pleasant oasis in the Old City. Very walkable. Great Thai BBQ on Arak Road, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Stay here!
I love this hotel, it is well situated, clean, delicious breakfast, staff are so kind. What made it so enjoyable was its personality. Wonderful decoration, woodworking details, vintage furniture, beautiful tile, local handcrafts. They greeted us with orange juice and refreshing, cool cloths.

VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Power went out and did not come pack on our day of check out. The safe in the room did not work and wasn’t bolted down. The smoke detector flashed ALL night long. Bed super comfortable. Cute balcony and patio. Very safe luggage storage.

They don’t even give out instance coffee pack complimentary. There is only one staff in the evening so if we request some small stuff the only one staff at the reception has to come up to give our requested items which is odd.

This is a beautiful hotel and Rinradee the manageress is so welcoming and so helpful. The hotel is an oasis of calm in a busy city. The staff cannot do enough for you. It is a very comfortable hotel, we couldn’t wait to get back everyday and enjoy the super comfortable bed and beautiful crisp clean sheets! I look forward to staying at the Chankam boutique hotel again and thoroughly recommend it.
