The property is nothing like what is advertised on their website. Our room was old, outdated with cupboards fully apart. The beds were so hard that sleeping on tthe floor wpuld have been just as comfortable. The manager was accomodating and moved us to another room but the water was cold and their were droppings in one of the beds from animals. We moved to another hotel the next day.

Couldn’t sleep here.

I left after two hours. There was something moving around in my sink. I don’t know if it was a rodent or a lizard but it was crawling around in the back of the sink and I couldn’t sleep. I also heard squeaking in my bathroom and in the hotel lobby. They might have a rodent problem. Air conditioning was having trouble and it looked like there were a lot of wiring issues. Wall paper was stained and falling off the walls. The beds felt like there were box springs and not mattresses. They also say that there is a hotel shuttle, and there isn’t. Worst was when I wanted to leave the attendant refused to call me a cab and tried to keep me at the hotel.

Hotel com sinais de desgaste no geral. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar... Pequeno almoço péssimo. Pão de forma congelado, bananas, geleia e manteiga com mau aspecto. Pouca higiene em geral. O rececionista não sabia falar qualquer idioma além de tailandês.

I loved the staff.. I wish I knew the front desk ladys name .. she was so nice .. . . The breakfast was awesome. Anything you needed they took care of it . So close to everything .perfect location . I walked everywhere. I would so come back again .

Det lovede kaffe/the i fællesområderne bestod af kaffe. Morgenmanden var ringe - toastbrød, HÅRD-kogte æg, ris og grønsagssuppe. Værelset havde udsigt til en mur - 1 meter væk, så der kom ikke dagslys ind - på trods af, at jeg boede på 4 sal. Badeværelset havde de nødvendige fornødenheder, men bruseren var ikke afskærmet, så jeg sprøjtede vask, spejl og toilet til, når jeg var i bad. Poolen var kold - hvilket nok passer med årstiden - og der var 2 solstole, som mest af alt lignede gynækologstole fra 1950'erne. Den ene var læderet endda flænset op flere steder.

ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากประตูท่าแพ เข้าซอยมานิดเดียว แต่ตอนกลางคืนจะวังเวงและเปลี่ยวหน่อย ในห้องที่ได้เป็นฝั่งเลขคี่ ดูสะอาดดี แต่ค่อนข้างมีกลิ่นอับ (แต่เปิดแอร์ซักพักก็จะหาย) ส่วนฝั่งเลขคู่ห้องจะเหม็นอับมาก! เพราะฝั่งหน้าต่างติดกับอีกตึกนึง และมีท่อน้ำทิ้ง หน้าต่างและประตูห้องน้ำไม่มีตัวล็อกทุกห้อง (ประตูห้องน้ำเข้าใจได้แต่หน้าต่างทำไมไม่มีตัวล็อกไม่เข้าใจ!) ส่วนของพนักงาน ดูแลและบริการดี

Bon rapport qualité prix. Pour compenser le manque d'eau chaude nous avons été surclassé et pour compenser la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas nous avons encore beneficiė d'un surclassement. Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Sinon le personnel s'est mis en 4 pour nous satisfaire.

พนักงานไม่สามารถบอกทางมาโรงแรมได้อย่างละเอียด ถ้าไม่มีคนที่ไปด้วยพอจะรุ้จักเส้นทางคงต้องหา รร กันอีกนาน ห้องมีขี้ฝุ่นเยอะ เข้าไปแล้วรุ้สึกได้เลย สำหรับคนที่แพ้อากาศหรือขึ้นฝุ่นไม่แนะนำเลยค่ะ เวลาในการให้บริการอาหารเช้าช้าค่ะ เริ่ม8โมง บาง รร ให้ทานได้ตั้งแต่ 6-7โมง ห้องใหญ่ดีสำหรับห้องที่จองไว้ค่ะ รวมๆแล้ว ไม่แย่มาก แต่ก็ไม่ดีค่ะ

Good little place

location is great, just on the corner of old town so easy to jump into the city. easy walking distance but I advise renting a moped from the hotel reception. at the ideal end of town to get straight out and up hue mountains too. staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and sunny all day although very small and only a couple of chairs. it was never busy though so not an issue for the. Only downside was that the room was a bit dark and dingy and the only window was now use as it was 2ft from the next building and let no light in. Other rooms did look better though.

Happy with our 2 week stay

Nice little hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty decent, clean, comfy beds, it worked great for us. The location was great as well, a few minute walk from 711 and local restaurants. We easily got tuk tuks right outside our hotel. I would return.

Friendly Staff

Overall with had a good experience. The hotel is in a great location and clean. The room is a little dark and the breakfast simple but the hotel staff was great; helpful and friendly!
