Great stay
Big and Beautiful room. toilet clean and the bed really comfort. the staff was very nice and helpful. everynight they will serve us a well sleeping drink. the rooftop pool so nice,and the mini bar just near the pool. so you can drink what u want when u swiming or sunbath. The location so quiet at night.

地點靜中帶旺，幾分鐘已經可以行去商場，早餐亦相當豐富，有很多不錯的選擇。 至於設施健身室及泳池都比較細，所以還是留在房內泡澡就算。 員工有禮殷勤，由其有位kk的男生，非常熱心值得一贊…… 但房間在2樓，隔離對住個地盆，近在咫尺間，早上8點幾已經開工，噪音問題相當嚴重…… 另外房價偏高，這價格在清邁應有更好的選擇。

酒店的位置、空間設計和早餐都很好，為清邁之旅留下美好的印象，門口的保全先生非常有禮貌，每次進出酒店，總是用溫暖的微笑打招呼，並且提供貼心的服務，前台服務團隊NEE、Goi、Mar、KK也都盡可能提供各種協助…酒店很用心，注意細節，值得推薦!

比較偏商務的飯店，印象最深的是飯店的餐廳，價錢稍高但很美味，服務也無可挑剔。房間佈局很特別，有一個大浴缸在中間，可以看外面風景。附近也有市集、商場和許多有特色的餐廳

性價比一般的酒店
樓下有酒吧，開得很晚，我住的是二樓，怕吵的會有些不便，但位置在尼曼路區內，附近很多較特色的店舖，可以逛逛，有名的iberry也就在附近，可以去拍拍照。酒店不是很多房間，房間看是有些設計感的，但行動線不是太人性化，浴缸是大賣點。早餐很有水準，不是大路的自助餐，廚師很讚。頂樓有一個像金魚缸的泳池，很小，連Skybar, 只有2張太陽椅，這個價格在這區只是性價比一般，可有其他選擇。

酒店環境設施十分好 職員很樂意幫忙 早餐很豐富美味，除了一天有小插曲，食物來錯了，職員立即幫忙替換了，反應很快，但換來的沙津菜中有條活潑的青虫，被嚇了一跳，職員已立即道歉及解釋因是有機蔬菜，態度誠懇 泳池是小了一點，但環境非常好 House keeping有待改善，清潔感覺馬虎，第一天地板感覺有灰塵，第二天陽台完全沒有整理和清潔，而且沒有清理房內垃圾筒，第三天職員沒有给我們每天調較cocktail的材料…… 每晚床頭擺放香草無糖飲料很窩心 酒店给我不連貫的感覺，時好時壞……酒店內職員有100分的笑容，酒店門口職員chitchat當作看不到你/ 設施型格服務很貼心，但又不太整潔和漏東漏西/ 望house keeping能進步一點 ，加強5星酒店的感覺

酒店最漂亮天台游泳池，唯獨入住酒店後，冷氣有問題，叫服務人員要叫二次才到，酒店位置很好，去Maya 商場或Think pad 都只不過十分鐘，或有要值得一試，就是酒店早餐一流，我和太太十分滿意

My friends and I stay here in February 18-21, The room is beautiful, the staffs was amazing and helpful, polite. The location is very convenient. I only give 4 stars because of the functions in the room is very unpractical the bathtub have half windows so I can hear all the outside noise while taking a bath which is not relaxing, no side table next to the bed but there in spots from both side of the bed to put things like your phone etc, having a hard time with the light on and off, The restaurant is in front of the hotel so it’s not very private , The pool is a little small and not enough lounge chairs but overall we had a great time in Chiang Mai, The room is clean and comfortable bed. The location is fantastic

The hotel has a great location in the Nimman area - conveniently within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the One Nimman mall. All of the staff were amazing; extremely kind and attentive. The room itself was relatively standard, no complaints.
