「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä. Ski in, ski out. Hotellissa hyvä suksihuone. Hiihtokeskus loistava. 」

「Un luogo davvero incantevole, proprietario molto disponibile e super preparato, se seguirete tutte le sue indicazioni non avrete alcun problema! Se proprio proprio vogliamo trovare una piccola piega: il parcheggio minuscolo e l'ultima parte della strada per arrivare all'hotel decisamente stretta. Ma nessun problema, si può parcheggiare in piazza o sulla strada gratuitamente e raggiungere l'albergo con meno di 1 minuto a piedi. Insomma, location da sogno. Grazie!!」

「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay.
