The room was dated, the towels and sheets were obviously well worn, but everything was extremely clean I would have like to have seen at least one English speaking channel like the other Chetumal hotels have

The pictures online Expedia was captivating making the hotel seem so clean and cozy. Beds were hard with covers smelling like half dried Clorox laundry. towels were horrible, hard and dark. Flies bit all night even with the AC on, found that very strange. The parking is not safe, it’s hazardous in emergency cases such as a fire etc. Only one entrance and it’s also used as the exit.
