「It was a last minute trip to see family from the west coast but we used to live in Baltimore and have been to the restaurant many times in the past. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that our room was not ready at 5:30 which was not acceptable. Husband made it happen because we had time contraints. 」

「This is an amazing hotel. The staff are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Let us check in super early and we were able to sleep after our red eye for which we were very grateful. Comfortable beds and pilllows. The crab cakes at Poets are amazing!! Only issue we had was the strange up charges at breakfast. (Got charged $5 trying to not be wasteful and having them not include the eggs with breakfast.) Saw a lot more of Baltimore than we would have if we had stayed closer to the convention center. 」

「Was a bit disappointed that for the price of the hotel, there was no pool, hot tub, spa, sauna, or wven microwave in the room. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable and my back hurt the entire trip, woke up sore every morning. The staff were amazing! The food and drinks were exceptional, but still for what we paid it wasnt worth it. 」

「I stood there and both days it was loud like it was a party. I had to call front desk almost at midnight because I couldn’t take it anymore. The first day there was a fight next door until late. Then people just throwing the door. I guess some people are staying there Indefinitely Maybe they are homeless and were given a room. Because a few people from different rooms were screaming and talking to different people from downstairs. The room itself was comfortable and clean but the noise and...
