「When I got to my room, there was no toilet paper or towel towels. I had to go to the front office to get those, the staff was OK but less than friendly.」

「They gave me a key to a non vacant room, I noticed luggage when I walked in( glad I didn’t walk in on someone because they weren’t there). I went to tell the lady( she had just arrived) and apparently the previous lady did not even check me in. t’s not clean, lobby is hot and pool was freezing. I payed, but ended up leaving after being in the room for 30 minutes. Could not spend the night there 😞. 」

「Very nice room, very clean and the staff were friendly and professional! The only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast! Very limited variety to pick from and all they had was little egg patties to put on a muffin! Would not call it a breakfast at all!」

I kept hearing complaints from several other guests about their cards not working, and all night and into the early morning, people were talking in the halls.
