Booked a one night stay and will never book again. Now the staff was okay, no problems there. I stayed in room 424 and after about 1 hour I started seeing roaches in the room. The property was notified and gave me no help. I had to go to the store and get Raid. If you NEED to stay here, I get it. But if you can avoid it, don’t book here.

Enjoying Our Stay

Upon arrival Sean was working the desk. He had such a wonderful smile and was very welcoming. He let us see the room before when checked in. He was great. If there is anything we need the staff has been very helpful. We are enjoying our stay.

The staff were very kind and nice when it came to check in. The room itself however was okay. The sheets were pretty stained and one of the bathroom lights kept flickering when turned on.

The property is a little dated, but nonetheless adequate. The room was clean and looked and smelled fresh. Though the outside of the refrigerator had seen better days, the inside was clean and worked well. I appreciated that the front desk called the date of check-in to let me knkw that they closed at 11 and asked when i would be arriving. The staff i encountered was friendly, and I'd call this one a good stay.

The only big issue I had staying here was housekeeping waking me up at 10am by banging on my door and trying to come in despite the door being locked, so she could “confirm that I was checking out today” even though I had already confirmed that with the front desk the day before. I was staying alone so it scared the mess out of me before I realized what was going on. Definitely could’ve went about that differently or at least waited until closer to checkout time. Other than that the stay was fine, the front desk staff were nice and helpful. The rooms could use some updating but it’s a nice stay for the price.

Just the Basics

This hotel has a bit of a YMCA or dorm vibe. Furnishings are very basic; you have to pay to get a kitchen kit, so bring your own if you can (coffee pot, utensils, plates, dish soap, pans.). You turn in your own laundry and there's a $25 charge for losing your plastic key. Maid service is weekly, I believe. Very basic, but the price and location are great. I am an elderly single woman and I felt safe there, even though it's a very busy place. Good bed, always hot water, lots of TV channels. Friendly staff. I'd stay there again.

Low cost, no amenities.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed five nights for $112 per night so my expectations were not high. We chose the property because of the location. There was no daily room cleaning, so fresh towels and such were available from the desk. The room was accessible with plenty of grab bars, however with only a tub and no roll-in shower. The property was nestled in the trees off the main road and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were lumpy and past their prime.

Not recommend

Customer service/front desk was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself was terrible. Dead bugs in the bath and fridge after it just being serviced, kitchen was dirty, beds hard like cardboard, and the whole placed smelled of cigarettes. Not even close to worth the price.

The stairwells were dirty and smelled bad. Pot smells in the hallways was at times awful. Combined cooking smells in hallways was at times disgusting and overwhelming. The mattress protector was gross needed charging. I suspect too many renters are on the government dole. The room was adequate sleep and shower but could use a comfortable chair besides the single kitchen chair.

The rooms were old and horrendous. The room showed to us looked like it had a mattress thrown on a cot - awful smell. The place should be condemned (and and I am not one to post criticisms of hotels). We canceled the room and went elsewhere. We feel that we were totally misled by the posted reviews. The check in clerk was very friendly and willing to cancel our room. I would not be advertising this hotel - very bad for your reputation.

Absolutely not!

The employees are so nice- but the conditions of this place is awful. I stayed here as it was walking distance to a store visit i had to conduct. The place is super dirty. There was a roach in my room in the bathroom. It didn't feel clean. The hallways though in a non smoking room (which i felt is odd to even offer smoking rooms) the smell lingers. The lack of basic accommodations like water and cleanliness. If i didn't check in so late (10:30pm) and hadn't have a meeting at 8:30am down the road, i would've found someplace else to stay!

This place is SKETCHY. We had already pre-paid and got in late so decided to stay, but the clientele was questionable, the room was sticky and smelled of I don't even know what. Everything was just dirty. We touched as little as possible and left as early as possible. Not a great night's sleep. Spend an extra $100 and go to Holiday Inn... The ONLY thing that was even remotely positive about this place was the guy at the front desk. Honestly, if he had been rude we probably would've just walked out.

Rooms were disgusting, refrigerator was rusted, duck tape on microwave, dead roaches in hallway, and looks like mold in the bathroom. The pictures are a false advertisement and ended up leaving. They let you check the room before staying and I advise that you book elsewhere.
