「Flood in bathroom while taking shower, snacks given were in a square box with cling wrap, suggest do by new or unopen package type so that we know it is hygienic. Parking area is horrible small at the basement, we felt no security. Toilet bowl is not automatic flush, nowadays 3 stars also auto already. Bed is rough surface on bed sheet, not sure why? Shampoo, shower gel not nice to use. 」

「Had issue in the beginning, hotel front desk told me they don't accept prepaid booking but pay at hotel only. So I have to pay deposit and call hotels.com. Finally hotel refund my money while checking out. Breakfast isn't as good as other Ramada. 」

「Beautiful hotel lobby and rooms. Bed are a bit stiff Western standards but comfortable. Temperature control in rooms is terrible. Could not change the mode so it was always on heat and room was hot. Had to open the window. This has been a consistent comment from other guest and it is disappointing it has not been fixed.」
