Traumatic experience! The glass shower door in the bathroom shattered while I was in the shower, causing bleeding injuries. The frame fell on my foot causing sever pain and swelling. Hotel staff were unprepared and management took no accountability. When I lodged a formal complain with a video of the shattered glasses and the blood on the floor the hotel management responded with "....we are unable to accept responsibility or offer compensation...." taking no accountability. I wouldn't even rate this hotel as one star - Poor maintenance, zero empathy, and unsafe conditions. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay dates: 3rd-8th July 2025. Room # 309
