"This hotel truly feels like the Hawaii of China, peaceful, welcoming, and the perfect place to recharge. I stayed here during a short stopover before my trip back to America, and it was exactly what I needed. The receptionist was especially kind and went out of their way to help me order a taxi, making my transit smooth and stress-free. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

"what attracted us to this hotel was the pool and the hot spring, the two could be done with a good scrub, the hotel its self is a bit shabby, the room service could be a lot better, food not to bad but a bit pricey not excellent but as far as Chinese hotels go it was a pleasant enough stay."

"房間地毯有水積，有一種難聞的味道。早餐選種極少，沒有冷牛奶，只有熱牛奶，侍應服務態度懶散加上連基本上的食物都沒有，如煙肉，香腸，炒麺，太少選擇了。個人以為福朋四星級酒店是有水準，結果令人太失望。不會再入住此酒店，更不會推薦給任何人。"
