The room is nice, the venue is nice. But the people are so slow with check in or out, food and service at the restaurant is so slow. I ate at the restaurant 3 times already, and they are always out of something, glasses, yogurts.....all these are not unsolvable problem. But nobody is paying attention and nobody cares about improvement, it is ruining the good name of Intercontinental Group. I cannot believe how sloppy the upper management is. We have to wait over 30 minutes for a 2 minutes check out, and there is only 3 people in front of me. When I check in, there is only 2 people in front of me but still, more than 30 minutes wait ! Nobody give a damn!
