"1st of all there was no hot water in your room to take a shower it was all cold i stayed there for 3 days i called the front desk they said they would look into it never got fixed 2ed they charge you 25 dollars a day to park At their establishment, when you're already staying in renting a room, I think that is ridiculous. the
un Limited, soda is not really unlimited. You have to hit the soda machine with your key QR Code, and then you only have less than 20 seconds to fill it up and then it shuts off and then you have 7 minutes before you can get more soda so if the machine gets low on your flavor of soda, you have to wait until another 7 minutes to get soda.you spend a lot of money to stay there and they find more ways get more money out of you I believe that's ridiculous. Don't think I'll be going back."

"Everything was great.. the staff is always very kind and helpful!! The only problem happened on our last trip, I called and spoke with Erik one of the managers on our morning b4 checkout time around 9:30 asked for a late check-out.. he accomodated kindly until noon. Then we didnt get our $50 deposit back 😒 😤 I seriously couldn't afford that!! I will be going over to soeak with them at the property again about that charge too!! Thanks Tina Ludwig "
