「Place was great other than how loud the doors slam when closing.」

「This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV」

「Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.」

「The Morgantown Hotel is like walking into a 1940's hotel. Very well taken care of and our room was excellent. Bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. We wish we had had time to explore the area, but alas was on our way back home!」

「The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.」

「When we arrived, the door was open, and we assumed that the room was ready. Once we got settled, there were a few things that needed attention, like no washcloths, only two bath towels, very little toilet paper with no spare rolls. Although the body wash dispenser was missing, they did leave small sample bottles. It took a few trips to the front desk to make things right. As for the property, the sink faucet was not the right fit for the Sink as you had to place your hands right up against...
