If you're not prepared, traveling can be tough. But don't hit the panic button just yet. Follow these tips and tricks and enjoy a pleasant start to your time in Skepparp. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Traveling on a plane can be easy if you bring the right stuff. First things first, you'll need basic toiletry items, such as lip balm and hand cream, a spare set of clothes and a good book. Secondly, leave space in your bag for your phone, tablet and chargers, medications and maybe a quality neck pillow too. Last, but definitely not least, be sure to take your passport, travel papers and some money.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Check carefully that you don't have a sharp object hiding in your hand luggage. Other restricted items include explosive or flammable goods, such as fuel and fireworks, and gels and liquids in containers with a capacity of more than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your number one priority when choosing what to wear during your flight. Loose clothing is a smart option, as are flat, enclosed shoes.
- You've probably heard about deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clot condition caused by prolonged periods of sitting. To lower your risk on board, drink lots of water, consider wearing compression socks and keep your feet and legs moving.
