Depending on where you're coming from, your flight to Skaidi could be completely stress-free or it could go on forever. We've compiled some useful travel tips that will help you start your next big adventure on the right foot. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Flying can be easy if you take the right stuff. Firstly, you'll want a few basic toiletry items, such as a toothbrush and hairbrush, a spare change of clothes and a good novel. Secondly, find a spot in your carry-on bag for your electronic gadgets, chargers, your medications and maybe a quality neck pillow as well. Lastly, be sure to bring your passport, travel documents and your credit cards.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Squeeze all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and hairspray in your checked luggage. Any gels or liquids in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) will be confiscated. Sharp or pointed objects, like your pocket knife, and dangerous products which are flammable or explosive, such as spray paint, flares and matches, are also prohibited.
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your priority when deciding what to wear on board. Loose clothing is a smart choice, as are flat, slip-on shoes.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clot condition caused by lengthy periods of inactivity, can be a risk on long-haul flights. Try to walk around the cabin and stretch your legs or do some gentle exercises in your seat to promote better circulation.
