「If you are looking for an authentic experience this is the place to stay. Beautiful property, full of history. Room was superb and bed absolutely amazing. Wonderful bath with soft hot water. 「We came to visit family who live nearby in the village, so it was very convenient to stay at the Red Lion. The apartment was great,
the super-king-sized bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, and there was a great shower. Staff were very friendly and the apartment block is a short walk from the pub, so it is private and quiet. Would definitely stay again .

「Everything was as we expected. Great staff, friendly bar and a great steak night. Not forgetting a fabulous breakfast. The only negative were the impressive bird droppings on my windscreen after I made the mistake of parking under the trees in the car park. Long journey to Tesco Wellingborough to find a car wash!」
