「Parking was good. The hotel was very tired and quite dusty/cobwebs. The room we booked for 4 didn’t hve 4 beds so we were moved to a bigger room. Staff were helpful when checking in but no reception etc so seems rather strange. 」

「I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.」

「The room was compact but clean and comfortable; however its position on the ground floor at the front of the hotel meant that the busy road was just a pavement width from the window and the road noise was loud, intrusive and constant. 「The cooked food was all brilliant. Chef and breakfast and evening team friendly and efficient Rooms nicely equipped, though heating programme meant the room was very warm at the wrong time. 」
