what a find clean and tidy inside a bit dated but nothing to worry about. Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. The site could do alot more perhaps a bit if entertainment etc and maybe a møre better takeaway although this didn’t stop is having a good holiday.

Parfait

Super résidence au calme. L'appartement était très fonctionnel et propre. Très proche des chateaux de la Loire et du Futuroscope. Le personnel d'accueil est très agréable.

Hôtesse d'accueil agréable. Le logement est mal entretenu. Grosse tâche au plafond de la pièce principale. Le lit tiroir était rempli de poussière ! Très inconfortable quand votre enfant est allergique aux poussières !! Literie moyenne. Le radiateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. L'agent d'entretien commence à me dire qu'il n'a pas ce qu'il faut pour le réparer ! Il fini par trouver une solution mais nous avons le sentiment de l'avoir dérangé !!! L'accueil du matin est tardif. Je m'y présente entre 8h 8h30, la porte est fermée. L'agent d'entretien est à l'intérieur mais tarde à venir m'ouvrir la porte tout ça pour me dire "c'est fermé Madame !' Décidément je le dérange encore !!!

Site non sécuritaire

Beaucoup de bruit de la part des voisins à deux heure du matin et impossible de rejoindre le personnel avec tous les numéros fournis. Le lendemain j'ai annuler les deux jours restant à cause du bruit et de la sécurité inexistante la nuit. On m'a indiqué qu'on allait me contacter pour discuter du remboursement mais j'attends encore après plus d'un mois!

Le ménage avait du être fait il plusieurs jours voir semaine, à l’arrivée il y avait plein de toile d’araignée de partout. Les équipement de la location étaient en mauvaise état, le micro-onde n’avait plus d’affichage, le lave vaisselle était quand lui rouillé…

Le cottage n était pas bien nettoyé, du moins celui ci est fait en surface mais pas en profondeur. nous avons été obligé de le faire des notre arrivée en poussant le lit du salon pour nettoyer le dessous, enlever toutes les toiles d araignée et araignée s'y trouvant... Les cottages sont mals insonorisés, nous entendons chaque bruit de pas chaque parole du voisin du dessus c'est pas agreable. Il y fait beaucoup trop chaud il n y a pas de clim ou de ventilateur a notre disposition. Point positif la piscine car le coin jeu enfant est a revoir. Nous y avons passé qu une nuit.

Aucune communication pour prévenir que la piscine et le spa ne fonctionnent pas. Surprise à l’arrivée hygiène à revoir ! aucun dédommagement possible. Une honte et un désastre. Je ne parle pas de leur pauvre personnel qui subit ça :(

Calme est reppos malgré le service très limité !

L'endroit est très calme, avec de la verdure et de l'espace ce qui est très bien pour les enfants. Le ménage n'a pas été fait, on a trouvé donc un appartement plein de poussière dans toutes les pièces ! De plus la terrasse était vraiment inutilisable, ce qui est vraiment dommage car gros potentiel. Malgré mon signalement à l'accueil, rien n'a été fait. C'est vraiment dommage, l'endroit est magnifique , mais avec des services comme ça c'est rédhibitoire.

Très déçus

Pour un établissement recommandé par Hôtel .com car figurant dans ses listes de propositions, je me demande quel est l'intérêt passer par ce site de réservation. Impossible d'avoir une personne de l'hébergement avant notre arrivée, pas de linge de toilette fournie comme prévu, pas de linge de lit fourni comme prévu et surtout pas d'eau chaude. Un numéro d'urgence nous a mis en relation avec une personne qui nous amène à le linge mais concernant l'eau chaude leur seule solution a été de nous envoyer prendre la douche dans l'appartement d'à côté. Nous ne pouvions pas changer de suite d'appartement car le ménage n'était pas fait. Pas de piscine, pas de spa dispo......bref très déçu de l'établissement et suroti de Hôtel .com.

Site très joli mais qui donne l'impression d'être à l'abandon. Très peu entretenu, pas de restaurant, le ménage du logement fait à la va vite. Vraiment pas au top à notre arrivée. Par contre literie confortable et lieu très calme. Rt personnels très sympa qui fait ce qu'il peut avec les moyens du bord. Je ne le recommande pas pour des longs séjours, mais comme hébergement de passage.

Séjour très agréable

L'arrivée avait mal commencée, nous avons appelé pendant 45 minutes pour prévenir de notre arrivée vers 20h mais personne n'a jamais répondu. Pas de serviette ni de drap disponibles a notre arrivée mais ils ont été très corrects en nous offrant un petit déjeuner. Bien situé proche du Futuroscope Logement avec quelques vieilles toiles d'araignée qui pourraient être enlevées facilement, mais par contre logement tout équipé lits confortables, piscine avec petit bassin, badminton. Séjour très agréable au calme malgré quelques petites erreurs

Le séjour s'est bien passé par contre nous sommes arrivés à 18H30 et le logement n'était pas prêt, on a pu y accéder vers 19H. Les draps ont été déposé à 20H30. Le tas de feuilles sur la terrasse n'avait pas été enlevé.
