The complimentary treks were quite good. We faced a misunderstanding while checking in, we were being asked for some extra charges. Other than that overall experience was nice.」

「Zero maintenance, trash is thrown in the valley by the hotel staff, takes hours for food preparation, no room service, same curry, dal everyday for every meal. For the price they charge, it was pathetic. Room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. 」

「Worst resort experience ever. This property is nowhere near a 5-star resort and doesn’t even deserve a star. Very bad food, extremely unhygienic conditions, and painfully slow service. The most shocking part is the open lift, which feels extremely dangerous and unsafe, especially for families and children. The caretaker was unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, a terrible and highly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.」
