「As a family of 4, we stayed in the apartment which was ideal, as the kitchen, lounte and fire made for sociable evenings after finishing on the slopes.
All staff were awesone and couldn't do enough for us.
Very convenient for the main gondola, 5 mins walk, bus into Chamonix centre 3min walk.
Highly recommend」

「The room was dusty there is no shower cap in the bathroom no vanity set no body cream no soap no shower gel only shampoo and conditioner no slippers no hair dryer the hotel has no appropriate lobby the hotel is lacking staff no appropriate reception. I thought it is a four star hotel it is not a hotel it is barely two star hotel not worth the money I paid for 」
