「Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....」

「位置很好，交通也方便，但是我們入住的當天 洗手台的水槽沒辦法漏水，因此隔天晚上跟前台的小姊姊說，她讓我們換一間房間，但是由於客滿的關係，我們只能住一天，隔天必須換回原本的房間，並送我們一天的早餐。結果隔天早上要去吃早餐，小姊姊並沒有跟其他前台人員交接，所以其他人都不知道我們的情況，說要吃早餐需要付錢，然後洗手台也是我們說了，他們才修的，讓我們等30分鐘之後再換房間。那如果我不說 是不是就不會及時處理問題，要浪費我更多的時間在等。總之，我覺得沒有說到做到這點不是很好，下大雨還只能先去附近找吃的然後再搬行李⋯⋯」

「Onze eerste nacht hadden we een (te)kleine kamer wat de volgende dag meteen opgelost werd door Erwan met een prachtige ruime hoekkamer. Het personeel maakt dit hotel!! Of het nu Amande, Olivier, Jules, Yann, Yonnick, weet niet alle namen maar ze waren allemaal even geweldig!! De kamermeisjes behoeven misschien wat extra instructie om spullen aan te vullen en natte handdoeken uit te hangen op een droogrek. Dit hotel is absolute aanbevelenswaardig!! Top ligging. 「We arrived early and our room wasn't ready so was offered an internally facing room. We decided to take this room as we wanted to ger settled and start exploring. Although we didn't have a view, this didn't detract from our 3 night stay as the room was so clean and well proportioned with an excellent walk-in shower in the bathroom.
