「非常美好的環境」

「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) 「附近有Casino, 魯爾蒙德Outlet。假日Venlo市集是個不錯的選擇。 豐盛的早餐（可惜有一些蒼蠅飛來飛去），吃完早餐後漫步在池邊， 飯店有提供釣竿、單車。 除了櫃檯人員比較不友善，不知道是不是因為亞洲臉孔的緣故？」

「Godt hotel, kommer helt sikkert tilbage. P-plads lige udenfor døren. God beliggenhed, dejligt stille område. Kompetent og servicemindet personale. Lækker restaurant, god morgenmad. 」

「Super Lage für einen kurzen Trip in Venlo. Alles kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Beste ist das wunderschöne Frühstückscafe direkt in der Unterkunft. 」

「Ich hatte nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Matratze für mich ideal, da ich harte Matratzen bevorzuge. Bad total sauber und der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist auch in Ordnung. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, volle Punktzahl. 」

「Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer sauber und bequeme Betten. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Können wir nur empfehlen.」

「Lovely hotel, very quiet location. Comfy bed, huge bathroom combined with a small kitchen. Not keen on a motion sensor on the bathroom light as the fan came on too. OK in the evening but getting up to use the bathroom at night meant the fan and light were on for about 20 mins. 」

「Hervorzuheben sind in jedem Fall die Inhaber! Da unsere Anreise mehr als turbulent verlief, wurde uns angeboten uns im Notfall zur Veranstaltung zu bringen. Großartig! Letztendlich konnten wir dann aber doch noch zu Fuß den Veranstaltungsort erreichen, die Lage des Hotels ist für unser Vorhaben unschlagbar gewesen. Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer gerne wiederkommen.」
